a picture really does speak a thousand words…
i was honoured to be asked to take the photos of a Shavathon taking place at my son’s school, in support of a Grade 5 classmate, who is in Cape Town at the moment, undergoing a bone marrow transplant.
the support for this little boy, by his classmate and teachers, was overwhelming.
a very moving and humbling experience for everybody involved.
the onlookers were enjoying the show
the girls were not as brave, but brave enough to go pink!
